When a renowned European simulation training company sought to establish its first North American facility, they turned to D. Hart Consulting for expert program management. With stakeholders based in Europe and the U.S., the project involved navigating time zone differences, language barriers, and varying work standards.

Overcoming Technical and Installation Challenges
One of the most complex aspects of the project was adapting European-engineered simulators to U.S. power standards. With European systems running on 50Hz power and U.S. systems on 60Hz, D. Hart Consulting coordinated the procurement and installation of frequency converters, UPS systems, and transformers to ensure compatibility.
Another major challenge involved the installation of a massive bridge crane after the building's roof was already completed. Despite this logistical hurdle, the installation was successfully completed, keeping the project on schedule and meeting the client's deadline.
