Leading the Way: University Hotel Project Success

A six-story, 113,000 SF hotel near a prominent Texas university was developed with a budget of $38 million. The project included 150 guest rooms, a rooftop bar and restaurant, extensive meeting spaces, and various luxury amenities such as an outdoor pool and gym.

As part of the the Owner’s Representative team, we coordinated key aspects of the project, including the general contractor, architects, designers, and specialists in security, audio-visual systems, and food and beverage services.

Throughout the development, the team navigated evolving urban development requirements and changes to city codes, ensuring compliance with both city regulations and the university’s design standards. Proactive management helped mitigate planning delays, budget adjustments, and scope changes, all while maintaining project momentum.
